Hmm. If you're driving your electric wheelchair and you get stuck in the train tracks and narrowly miss getting crushed by a train, and your daughter has been hit and killed by a train, wouldn't you learn from it and stay away? I totally understand him lobbying for the tracks to be made easier to cross if you're in a wheelchair, but until they are, wouldn't it be a good idea to steer clear of them? Just a thought.
