The Sinclair Lawsuit Is In Motion

Remember when the Sinclair family were planning to sue the hospital for their son Brian's death in the emergency room? Well, it's more than a plan now. The suit has been filed, and lots of people have been named. You know what? I think they should go get 'em all. What happened to him was completely inexcusable, and then when the hospital staff lied about him not being triaged, that just took away any kind of sympathy I might have had for them.
