Remember when I hoped someone would do with Jonathan Lee Riches what was done with this vexatious litigator? Well, if this federal lawsuit goes through, it's going to happen. They want to make it so Riches' outgoing mail is either screened by a federal Bureau of Prisons employee or his suits are examined by a federal court employee to determine if they have any merit.
The thing that worries me is he's due to be released from prison in 2012. What will they do then? I hope the federal court employee plan will still be in effect.
I really hope they win the lawsuit. Then I'll get my wish.
