Don't Open That Wide!

Oh boy, here comes Wesley Meyers into the ranks of the horrible dentists files. How in hell do you drop not 1, but 2 tools down the same patient's throat? How big was this poor old guy's throat? After it happened once, wouldn't you be way more careful? Why did the old guy still go back to him? After needing a colonoscopy to get a screwdriver out of my guts, I don't think I'd be a repeat customer.
