Just Call Him Sir Smoke-A-Lot

There isn't much to this story, a dude serves his sentence for dealing pot and then immediately smokes pot on his way home in the car. Yeah that's dumb, but whatever. But what caught my attention was his name. Sir James Smith. Sir? Can anybody just slap a "Sir" on their name?

Well, Sir James Smith is back in prison, and the baby that was also in the car when he was smoking is in the care of Child Protective Services. Way to go.
