The story of a chef threatening to shoot a waitress in the forehead if he got one more order for the mozzarella caprese salad reminds me of that episode of Corner Gas where Lacey makes up a sandwich, the Ruby Club, and then everybody wanted to order it and then she was all frazzled and frustrated.
